This is sourced from several North Island location and rated for its MGO (methylglyoxal) content. Each of the jar can be traceable to its source by just scanning the code on the label.

Methylglyoxal (MGO) is created in the honey from DHA which is an ingredient found in mānuka nectar. The higher the MGO number is, the higher the grade of the honey.
